We had not been to Little Italy for a while so on Saturday night we decided to check out Eat My Martini. After a crazy week, having a drink or two (especially a martini) was a fantastic idea.
When we arrived at around 9:30 it was relatively busy, but it really started to pick up an hour or so later. In spite of the crap weather, people were congregating at EMM... music was a little too loud, but it was Top 40 so I could handle it. On Saturdays, all martinis are $6 for the entire night, which is pretty reasonable for Toronto standards. As noted by others, their menu is extensive.... in fact, the list of choices can be overwhelming.
The martinis we had:
*** Lisboa - take it or leave it... you can really taste the sour apple liqueur
*** Chocolate Factory - comes with a pb cup... probably the best I had all night
*** Wangatang - reminds me of the orange creamsicles in the summer and a close 2nd to the CF
*** Give Me Some More - melted marshmallows... it's quite sweet and delish, but adding a hint of chocolate might add to the taste
*** Ball Breaker - AVOID AT ALL COST.... Red Bull and jagermeister together tastes like nasty over-the-counter cherry cough syrup
Yay! I'm a fan.
