  • NOTE: this review is regarding CUSTOMER SERVICE. As I was leaving the plaza, I noticed the door to the shop was propped open so I walk over to ask for prices. The lady in the front was VERY RUDE; the first thing she stated was "we're closed" without even knowing what I was going to ask. I proceeded by politely asking "oh, sorry but can I ask you a quick question?" She said "what it is?" I then asked her my question about pricing, however instead of just answering my question she was rude and said "it depends on the dog; you can give us a call tomorrow". No, ma'am I will not be calling you tomorrow or anytime soon.
