  • I was rear-ended on the 101 and I immediately consulted YELP for an auto-body shop with good reviews. There are so many auto body shops to choose from and I had no idea where to start! The customer reviews for Raintree Auto put me at ease and made me confident that they were exactly what I was looking for. After visiting their website and finding out that they are a certified Mercedes collision repair shop, the deal was sealed. The initial estimate is quick--you don't even need an appointment--and they get you in and out in a matter of minutes. The staff is warm and welcoming, there are always a few gals behind the front desk so there is little to no waiting around. If you ARE caught waiting, they will compliment you on your clothes and give you banking tips and generally make the wait as painless as possible. The parking lot is a little bit of a zoo but once you find a spot and make it inside, the rest of the process is smooth sailing Charlie took amazing care of my car and it was finished in less time than estimated. The final bill wasn't a penny more than they had quoted. That level of honestly and efficiency is hard to find. If you're looking for genuine people that will over deliver results, give these guys a call.
