  • We hired Alex to perform electrical work at a residential property. He was nice at the first visit and scheduled our job for an agreed-upon date. He asked for half of the funds (about $750) to complete the job up front, which we gave him. We had several contractors booked, all of whom were counting on the electrical work being completed first. The job date came and went - Alex never showed up. **He took our money and never showed up.** We never saw Alex again. It took many messages, phone calls, and written notices to finally get our money back. He threw our project completely off schedule, causing us a lot of inconvenience and expense. I would not, under any circumstance, recommend this contractor.
