  • I can only bring myself to give this spa a 3 star despite the gorgeous amenities. The good: ginormous open spaces and gorgeous textiles throughout. Bath areas are beautifully tiled. I could spend all day just looking at the detailed work they did on all the decor. Walking into the massage rooms is an experience on it's own. So much money poured into the facilities and ambiance I wish they would do the same for service. It's really lacking to say the least. The woman manning the first lounge with fruit and beverages was pretty high nosed and busy to refill the beverages. Several women came and passed as she watched them befuddled at why it was empty. She sat idle. Unacceptable. The massage services on the other hand were amazing. A long conversation beforehand made sure that they knew exactly what needed attention and what areas. My masseuse made sure the pressure was okay and then let me nap through the whole thing. Amazing. Overall, I would come back for services but taking the attitude of the service staff out-front into consideration makes me irritated. Maybe next time.
