  • I have never seen an Emergency room treat someone the way I was treated today. I arrived at 10:45 am. I explained how much pain I was in and that I was very sick. One hour and fourty five minutes later I begged to be seen and I was told everyone here is in pain. I then went back up to the desk clerk and explained how much pain I was in and they finally took me to a room after waiting two hours. A nurse came in and asked some questions a half hour passed and no one answered my call light or came to help me. Worst experience I have ever had. Way to go Banner Emergency Room! You preach on your walls about making g a difference in people's life by excellent care. That is a joke!!!!! If I could select zero stars that is what they would get.
