  • one of the newer marriott options here in town, this springhill suites is not anything like the ones of old. it's clean, modern, comfortable and has a full service restaurant and bar. we must be in vegas or something. it's located across the street from the convention center and behind the riviera hotel. it's not right on the strip but it's close enough. the rooms are larger than your standard hotel room. it's a studio suite but the sleeping area and the sitting area are separated by a built-in desk. the water closet and shower are also separate. you get a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. they offer free breakfast and complimentary wifi. the fitness room is very nice as well as the roof top pool area. the service is wonderful as everyone there is very pleasant to deal with. you really can't beat the value of this hotel. i've reserved rooms here twice, once at $89/night and another time at $59/night. if you want to save your money for the casinos, shopping or partying and you're willing to stay just one block off the strip, this springhill suites is definitely the place for you.
