rev:text	Not at the airport, somewhat confusing location, it's 2 stops away on the Airport tram to the Viscount stop, where the off site courtesy vehicle pickups are. We called them and they picked us up within minutes of arriving at Viscount. The E-Z Rent-A-Car office is not air conditioned and even at 9pm at night it was hot and sticky, actually cooler outside. It's 3 steps up into the rental office, and no ramp, so not accessible for elderly or wheel chaired guests, doors are not automatic. Long line of hot, frustrated customers, we didn't leave with the car until 10:30pm. Vehicle dash showed "Maintenance - Tires" and the front desk rep. actually went outside, kicked the tires and said it was OK to use. It seemed like everyone that interacted with the reps had some kind of loud disagreement with the deal they printed out on the internet and what they actually received (car wise) or for extra charges. We had no other issues with the vehicle - we received a Nissan Rogue and reserved a Ford Explorer or equivalent and were pleased except for the "Maintenance - Tires" message on the console. The E-Z Rent-A-Car personnel were very transactional in nature, not a lot of eye contact or listening to their customers. When my wife questioned a charge, the Rep asked us to go outside, discuss the situation among ourselves (as a couple) and return when we were ready to talk it over, a very rude attitude in my opinion. Steer clear of this vendor. It's not worth saving a couple dollars, for the time and confusion of small offsite location with no A/C, steps you'll drag your luggage up and down, and rude reps.
