Our 8 year old TV just quit working. We called Walt's to schedule a service call and they asked if I could use a screw driver, if so they could save me some money. They said they were pretty sure it was the bulb, gave me directions on removal and said if I brought it in they would test it for free. It was very simple to remove and when I took it in they were helpful, quick and confirmed that it was the bulb. I purchased a new one and for the price of a bulb and a little time my TV works great! It's hard to find people where service is more important that the service charge.
