  • We've seen quite a few shows in Las Vegas, so we were casting a wider net this last July when we decided to see Zombie Burlesque. I gave it four stars for effort, originality and and humor. It by no means measures up to the spectacular Cirque de Soleil shows, and the acts were not as impressive as Absinthe. The host carries this show along with enthusiastic energy and over the top humor, as he introduces you to some athletic dancers and singers made up to look like zombies. There are scores of topless women in the show and a number of men stripped down to their underwear, but the general theme is campy, occasionally silly and always irreverent. We enjoyed ourselves, and were actually in the front row.
