  • Watched the episode from Undercover Boss and wanted to see for myself if the coffee and employees were awesome like it was presented on tv. Wow! I'm impressed! Walked up to counter since drive thru was packed. Told her it was my first experience at Dutch. She kindly told me about the menu and some tips. Two others inside said hello to me. This is what I call customer service! Nice job. Definitely be back.
