  • Super rude customer service, phone system stated for store availability to check online, decided to wait online to speak with someone to verify waited on hold for a representative no answer. Decided to go in store due to online stating product was in store, item not in store. Representative stated online doesn't update. I had asked why phone was allowed to ring for so long representative stated they don't take phone calls.
