rev:text	Great job, guys. I called for directions because the internet was being vague and received the most polite, helpful and friendly service I could ask for. I wish I'd taken the person's name to extend my compliments, because he even took the initiative of asking when I expected to arrive and, since it was going to be later, to make a note on my reservation. I had intended to mention that to him when I called but had forgotten, so I was glad he did think to ask. From his voice I could tell the front desk clerk who checked me in when I got there was a different person, but he was equally professional and pleasant to deal with. Then I got to the room. I opened the door and was immediately confronted by the smell of CLEAN. And I have a notoriously sensitive sense of smell - this was a deep clean smell, and not one masked with deodorizers. The room was understandably small but immaculate and well appointed. The booking sheet hadn't mentioned the coffee maker in the room and I didn't expect one for the low price, but it was there and welcome. Also great to have a fridge. Great staff, great room, great price... but guys? OH MY HOLY GUACAMOLE ON DEEP FRIED BANANAS you have got to fix those doors! The rooms are on the whole very quiet, but whenever any of your neighbors shut a door it's almost literally like a gunshot going off. It's really hard to get to sleep when your body's gone through a head to toe startle reflex 4 - 5 times over the past couple of hours - it lies in wait, muscles tense, not daring to relax. I would definitely stay here again, but a few little hardware tweaks to make the doors shut more slowly and/or softly would make a stay so much more pleasant. But for that I'd have gone 5 stars.
