  • Their picture framing sales are a joke. Today they advertised 50% plus and additional 30%. I brought in a 12x15 painting. I picked a very modest frame and 2 basic mats. The total with the discount was $264!!!! I have been framing art for years and this would be the very top end with a wide/ornate frame, acid free matts and uv protected glass.....Their quote had none of those qualities. I came home and went to PictureFrames.com and priced out a very similar (if not exact frame and mats) and it came to $126 ( included acid free mats, uv glass, foam core backing). Not sure what the shipping would be, but it certainly would not be $138....I gave them a shot because I am new to the area and didn't know a local framer. However, from past experience I can tell you the cost would be closer to the $126 figure.
