| - First of all, let me start by saying, mine and my bridesmaids' hair and makeup on my wedding day was incredible. We looked and felt beautiful, and our "vision" came to life. However (and this is a big however), the professionalism was the most disappointing part of my entire wedding process. Without a call or text, the initial two girls were an hour late. When we tried reaching out to them-- no luck. I called my photographer (who recommended them) in tears-- she got a hold of them. Finally, when they answered (now even later), they told me they were at ANOTHER wedding and wouldn't be to mine for now ANOTHER hour. As a back-up plan, they were going to send their assistants (even though I had specifically requested the owners early in the process.) Then, the two girls they sent got LOST and went to the WRONG house-- I had corrected the address two weeks prior. When they were lost, instead of calling, they e-mailed me. Thank goodness I was checking my e-mail to know... So now they're lost, late, and not answering our more recent calls. When the owners finally showed up (several hours late), I got no apology. Instead, I had to ask the question "what happened?" Turns out, they don't print their contracts to have the number handy and they didn't have the information and it was just ok to not give an update-- I'm not sure. Like I said, the finished product was stellar. However, the (lack of) the relationship built and tardiness was enough to really jade the "getting ready process" for a bride and her girls. Even leading up to this, they didn't respond to e-mails (again my photographer had to intervene) or confirm details. I don't think this is the norm with them, but unfortunately, this was my experience...
