  • Really good ice cream but the guy working was extremely rude and uncomfortable. Makes me never want to come again and I'll make sure to spread the word. I get that your location is in yorkville but you don't have to act like you have something up your ***. I nicely asked for a couple of samples and was given attitude. When I finally placed my order he literally slammed the scoops of ice cream into cups and was rolling his eyes the entire time. I chuckled as I wasn't sure if it was a joke or not. Was I being set up on a reality TV show? That's how it felt. Anyhow, said thank you and have a good night regardless of the ignorant customer service and was replied to with "yeah." Never again. There are other ice cream shops where I won't be treated like trash. If you charge $15 for two cups of ice-creams at least put a fake on your face and thank your customers.
