rev:text	Had a pool put in by Blue Haven 3 years ago or was it 4. Throughout the process Blue Haven did what they said they would do. Contractors showed up on time, everything was done in a timely manner, all permits were pulled, subs did their work and cleaned up after themselves, nothing was damaged (that i couldnt fix) and job was completed when they said it would be. I liked their pricing and how they show you how each item (water feature, seats, extra deck, extra pool edge, solar heater) costs. This was the second company that I got a price from. The first seemed to prettty much pull a price out of thin air. Blue Haven, shows you your completed pool with the help a computer program and then gives you a price with everything listed. They also guarantee most of their equipment for 7 years and some items for life (not sure what that means in dog years, but its nice to know) In the end, both companies were pretty much the same price, just felt more comfortable with Blue Haven. The designer I worked with, Dave, was very nice, friendly and helpful. Once its done and your swimming, you have a support number to call in case something does goofy. In the time since its been done, Ive had some problems but only a few. My deck has cracked (over a hole they dug to bury their construction debris). They came out and fixed it. It cracked again in the same area, I called again but they never showed up. Ive also had 2 leaks on my solar panels (but that was done by a sub of theirs so they cant be held to accountable). One fixed itself ( sealed by the salt water of the pool ) and the other was fixed by one of Santas elves last christmas). Oh, I also have a small leak inside the water feature (thats right, inside) Haven't called on that yet but I suspect Ill have to do that one myself. Overall I was happy and recommend them.
