Maybe it's because we came later in the day (around 11:30 am) that I wasn't really as impressed as I thought I would be because I had a limited selection.
The staff was super nice! She immediately welcomed us as soon as we walked in. We were staring at the menu for quite some time and she remained super helpful, offering descriptions and suggestions.
JUST AN FYI, just like most donut shops, they will run out of certain donuts so definitely show up early if you want a certain type that may be popular on their menu aka the creme brûlée donut. But I don't regret what I got! I went with the red velvet donut and the db Nutella! The red velvet was not bad! It wasn't too sweet so it's not too overwhelming to be considered a meal on its own. The only thing was with the latter was that I felt as though there was too much bread with the donut to Nutella ratio but maybe because the donut itself was HUGE.
I've heard plenty of amazing things about the Donut Bar. Prior to their opening, they already had so much hype, so much talk of people lining up at their door. But personally, I thought they were OOOOKAY. Probably will give them another try when I'm in the area.
