  • I have been a patient of this practice for at least six years. I initially chose the practice because it had female DOs. For the first few years I saw Sonya Lee, DO. She was great but left the practice. During subsequent visits I saw PAs. It was fine for me to see the PAs but my experiences gradually got worse and worse with each visit. The errors were in billing, the lab and with getting basic questions answered and calls returned. For the past month I've been trying to work with the office manager on a specialized piece of medical equipment and the specialty pharmacy can't even get Camelback Healthcare to call back even though they're the ones who sent in the prescription. The pharmacy called me and asked if I would call the doctor. I called twice to find out what was going on and haven't gotten a call back. I have spent too long feeling like I was begging to get my relatively-simple healthcare needs met. Don't waste your valuable time with this practice. Their treatment of me has been shameful.
