  • Back again and again I received excellent care by the doctor and staff. Dr. R Carullo really seemed to care and didn't just give me a z-pac and sent me on my way. He explained exactly what was going on with me and what to do. Excellent bedside manner. I wish they were GPs as well, I would love to make either Dr. R Carullo or his wife, DR. F Carullo my primary care doctor! More medical facilities in Vegas need to be like this practice.
