  • The only good thing about APC is most of the time they have the part you need. Every experience I have had going in there the staff is arrogant and full of sarcasm. When you go in with a part number and the description of the part from the manufacturer there is no need to notify me of the slang word you call the part. It's almost as if they want to correct you because they can't just get the part without sounding like they know more about a product than you. Also the pricing on everything is overinflated. When you can get a part 300% less online and are only charged more for in stock availability it's ridiculous! Especially when your a professional in the business they should treat contractors with fair pricing.
