  • Stayed here in June 2017 and was very disappointed. First upon checkin we were told there was a $50 a night damage deposit that was not noted on the online reservation, so this was a scam (I showed them the online receipt so the RUDE manager waived the deposit). The staff was rude and the room we had was old and outdated. I would never stay here again and we took our money to other casinos during our trip. We have been to Vegas 10 years in a row and this was our first and last stay at Harrah's. Would not recommend.
