  • Camco is a terrible company. They nitpick the homeowner over anything and everything they can find. I understand trying to make the neighborhood nicer, but when one home is getting violations for one thing, yet the home across the street has the same issue but is not receiving a violation then there is something wrong. They should either enforce every home or none at all. You can't pick and choose. They will also come by and violate for one thing....then come by and try to violate for something else that was there when they did the first one. How about just do it all once? Their customer service is terrible and snooty. Before you buy a home, check to make sure Camco is not the HOA management company. Or better yet, just don't buy a home in a HOA at all. You'll be better off.
