As of right now, I feel like I am having a horrible experience with them. I was really hesitant about leaving my car already and then Sarah, the front, told me that they would contact me the following business day to let me know the final cost which made me worried because I had already gotten an estimate but she said things could change after they remove the outside damage and see what was inside. So I said okay, true. But later on, she told me they would need my car for two weeks! When my original estimate was for 3-5 days, which I worked around my family vacation. I'm a student and can barely afford all of this already so I am asking them to send me pictures of the found damages. And I asked if they could try to finish it early because I start university on Monday and can't afford a rental which I didn't think I'd need on my plan anyways, us they said barely 3 days. So I was like psh no need for a rental. I just feel like once my car was in there, they added on so much and I can't much because it's in their hands and I can't really just take it back since I'd still have to pay for labor which is about equal to what my deductible would be anyways. I just thought I'd have a better experience and I feel unhappy about them.
