  • Beware of the cashiers. Their constant attempts to upsell everything but the kitchen sink make the experience far from gratifying. If I buy a book, that's what I want...nothing else. Also, the memberships are a joke. Just sell the book at a fair price, don't charge me more now, so that I can get a discount later. Sometimes I think that the site should be renamed "Amway" due to the high pressure sales tactics. Do yourself a favor and go across town to B&N.
