  • Their slogan needs to be "Yes! Call someone else." Raw sewage backing up into the house last night and these guys offered to come out 12 HOURS LATER. Huh? Called Larkin, they came out immediately. Call them instead. Best part.....Rachel from Quality Assurance at Yes! calling me at 8:30 am on a Sunday to see if we still needed their help. Seriously? Love that they claim to offer service "24/7".
