  • I called in to Pei Wei to get take out tonight and the phone was answered by a boy named Dylan. Dylan had a horrible attitude and was not customer service oriented. I was almost going to cancel my order but I changed my mind because I didn't want to waste food. I'm going to avoid this location as much as possible. If he's able to talk to customers like that and it flys by management then I'd rather take my business next door where they are always respectful and extremely friendly.
