  • TQ Diamonds offer something businesses should take note of: the ability to be available and communicate to their customers. Upon arriving at their site, I was skeptical when I received a notification if I wanted to chat with a customer service rep. Too many times, I would end up talking to a self automated "bot". However, every single time I arrive at TQ Diamonds, the person in the chat window is a real person who answers all of your questions. No run around answer, no generic pre-programmed answer. One of the main draws to TQ Diamonds was I was able to find some watches that were sold out at most retailers and I wanted to give this site a try rather than go the eBay route. Prices were reasonable and they were able to accommodate any special requests. Shipping was expected from the United States but I was quickly reimbursed a difference when I pointed out a price discrepancy. I am sure to purchase any future GShock watches from this site.
