  • I called to place an order, and before I could even ask any questions the gentleman that answered the phone basically started yelling at me that I didn't call before 1 PM. I could not believe the treatment, including the big disgusted sigh he gave on the phone. This is the Dunkin Donuts in my neighborhood, and while I love their coffee, I will NEVER be going to this one again. I called another Dunkin Donuts right after, and they were more than happy to take my order and have everything ready for me tomorrow morning.
