  • I went here to get my eyebrows waxed before my wedding. If it wasn't free, I would have asked for it to be. The lady that did my eyebrows was condescending and rude. Upon walking into the room, she immediately began upselling and would not start until I had denied over five services. She attempted to make small talk, but was only listening to my answers to know when she could talk next. I could have said any answer (any outrageous answer) and she wouldn't have even noticed. At one point, I mentioned what I did for work and my passions and she became very condescending. When I left, I had wax strand/fly aways/black stringy wax in my hair. It also took twenty minutes to check out because I had to continually deny wanting a subscriptions to this place. I had to comb through my hair at lunch to get all of this out. I will not be returning.
