  • I go once per week to this part of town for a massage and my first and second choice were unusually overbooked. I thought I would try this place out since it was close to the place I usually go. What a nightmare of a place. This is my first cellphone massage. The masseuse literally answered her cellphone three times during my massage. Her phone had this annoying strobe light that went off when he phone rang and it vibrates loudly each time. She stopped massaging each time it rang. I told her I had had enough and that if she answered her phone again I would get up and leave. She didn't answer her phone again but her phone vibrated into the chair cushion another 6 times during the 50 minute ( not 60 minutes as advertised) massage. Then the business phone for the place rang 4 separate times loudly. They should have those calls on a softer ring. You can't relax here. The massage itself was horrible. No pressure was used and no effort to make sure my needs were addressed during the process. Horrible experience. I won't be back. This place needs new management. I never allow my staff to use their cellphones during work hours.
