  • Christian was great-- he was so generous and gave us every jerky we wanted to try, including a brand new jerky recipe he is trying (so fresh it was still warm!). The beef is 100% angus and you can see how hard this local businessman is working; he really cares about his products and it shows in the quality of the jerky and with how he treats his customers. We stumbled upon his store by accident but will DEFINITELY be back!
