  • I recently took over as the Business Manager at a local apartment community. I had a difficult time connecting with these folks to make some adjustments to our fountain that they had completed months prior, but was later notified that it was just the "Peak" season for them and they had their hands full! While frustrating to say the least, I understood and Sean was extremely accommodating once I expressed my needs to him directly. They fixed our fountain within the week. Their work is good. I gave only 3 stars solely due to the time it took for them to come back out to make the adjustments needed.
