  • Horrible office staff. So unprofessional, and rude. By far, the most ghetto place I've ever lived. Murder, car theft, undesirable residents. Not sure what's worse. The community, or the office staff. I took this apartment, sight unseen, because I was in a time crunch, and didn't know the area. Literally, counting the days, until my lease is up. I could move to North Las Vegas, and feel more safe! Utterly atrocious! The pipes/water smell, I would NEVER drink it, let alone cook with it. Renter's beware. If it looks ghetto, smells ghetto, and is poorly kept, in a ghetto fashion. Chances are, you're in the ghetto. Or at least the Green Valley version.
