  • My family recently had the pleasure of moving with Gentle Giant, and our experience was overwhelmingly positive. We have moved multiple times before and have had relatively good results with most of our moves, but our experience with Gentle Giant was head and shoulders above the rest. From start to finish, the employees unanimously showed competence, professionalism and a level of enjoyment for their work that we have not seen before. The estimator and move coordinator were extremely courteous, competent and responsive and inspired great confidence in the company with the way they handled the pre-move issues. However, the movers were really something else - they handled our move not only with remarkable efficiency but also with tremendous care and attention to detail. They worked extremely well together and finished the job on time, with all items in their desired place and without any damage or trouble whatsoever. We will not hesitate to use this company for all our future needs, and recommend them without any reservations whatsoever.
