  • Evening of 5/25/15. BEST ER SERVICE EVER. Immediate service. Smiling face at the front desk lets you get help first before asking for your insurance. The staff comes to your room when the timing is right, very quickly fills out your insurance info on a portable computer screen for you, and all you have to do is sign! Zero paper work for you! Great location right off of the exit. Everything is clean and new of course, so that was a bonus. Every single staff member was kind and knowledgable. I had no doubt that the Dr. knew what she was talking about when she gave her report to us as to what she thought after reading my child's X-ray. I must mention here that our reason for going was a "better safe than sorry" situation; I was somewhat hesitant to go in the first place, but relieved afterward. They were understanding and did not make us feel like we were overreacting. Thank you Sonoran Health Emergency Center! Best hospital service ever!
