  • Dealing with Centurylink employees is like dealing with used car sales men. promise one thing then bill for more. I've personally dealt with over a dozen sales, customer service and "supervisors", all of which except one were completely incompetent. Cox may not be perfect but definitely better than the scammers at centurylink.
