  • I pick up all my packages at this location, because it's conveniently located less than a minute from where I reside. I wondered sometimes, why there isn't anyone here every single time I went to get my packages. The staff doesn't even ask for my ID anymore. That's how many times I frequently go here. That being said, I'm a regular here and you would think they would treat you like a valuable customer for always coming here to use their services. Far, far from that. I was way beyond nice to give this shithole a few chances before I had enough of their lousy customer service and lazy a** staff. Strike One. I came in to drop off a prepaid package, a return that had the tracking number provided on the bottom for me to take. A month went by and no transaction in my return. I made several attempts in tracking down my package from UPS, but the company told me that UPS was responsible for the package information and location. Since it's prepaid, UPS would know the tracking number, since it is already in the system. Cheryl, who was assisting me that day didn't seem to even want to lift a finger in locating my package. I told her the specific date and time I dropped it off, but she's so damn lazy that her excuses were irrelevant to why she can't look it up. Told me there's no way in tracking it, since I have so many packages that left that day. Really?! Even though I gave you the specific time and date? Slothful worker here. It would be more proactive for her to stay home and flip the channels on TV! The company that I was sending the package to noted they're just not wanting to help you when they know they could. Awful, AWFULLY Lazy service. Strike Two. I came in to pick up a few packages before heading to work and I see Ying/Xiang only asian lady that works here just sitting around with a guy friend that apparently came over to visit her and keep her company. My packages arrived here at 10:45a.m., and she didn't even scanned them until I walked to through the door at 1:50p.m. She looked stunned, empty-headed, slow, and half-baked. She realized she forgot to scan them and I had to wait over 15 mins. to pick up three small packages, which I was almost late to work for. No apologies, nothing. If you're at work, why don't you do your job, instead of having your boy toy friend around to distract you from doing it. No care in the world for their customers. Now I understand why nobody comes here. And then the final straw.. Strike Three. I came in to pick up two packages, which one of them was not yet delivered to this location. I asked that same ditzy asian lady Ying/Xiang that I had another package that was suppose to be delivered today, but it hasn't been dropped off yet. I asked her if she could track it to see where it is. She told me she can't and that I need to provide the tracking number for her to do anything. I told her isn't there a way to look it up in the system and she said no you have to give that tracking number to me. I told her I can probably find the tracking number but my phone is in my car. Do you want me to go get it? She told me yeah. I go get my phone, try, and retrieve my emails from UPS notification. Android doesn't let me get that information, telling me there's no results. I go on UPS site and my password & username doesn't go through. So for over 15 mins., I'm trying to get this tracking number that Ying/Xiang says she can't get... then Cheryl, a rude, unprofessional staff is standing behind the counter all this time listening to Ying/Xiang tell me all this... speaks up and says can I help you? And I tell her I'm looking for my tracking number. Almost 30 mins. and after changing password & username to log into UPS.com, I tell Cheryl, I finally obtained the tracking number. Cheryl, all this time had the tracking number in front of her face, telling me.. yeah you're suppose to get another package today, but I don't know where it is. I asked her how did you know that & she said out loud the last four digit of my tracking number. I told her.. all this time, you see me standing here trying to get that tracking number & you didn't even bother letting me know that you looked it up???!!??! I told her why did she tell me she couldn't look it up??? Cheryl replied with some foul attitude with.. I didn't say that!?! I told her I'm not talking about you.. I'm talking about the asian lady in the back that was assisting me. Cheryl laughed and said maybe she didn't know. I told her.. well maybe you should train your staff better. Cheryl shrugs her shoulders like she don't give a shit and started laughing. That's her answer. How unprofessional can one get?! And if she's the manager of this store location.. I feel sorry for the owner to have some shitty workers that do nothing for their store than lose customers. Beyond rude, offensively impolite, & ill-mannered. Zero stars to this place and ONE star for their Corporate Office that will talk to the owner about their discourteous & impertinent staff.
