We walked in on a Thursday evening to see what types of fish and small pets they offered. Upon entering, there was no "how can I help you" from the worker that just gave us a blank stare as she put something back on a shelf. The store itself looked clean but smelled very pungent...much more than Petsmart.
It was very disheartening to see some of the pets either dead or on their last leg. The small snake looked like he'd had a very rough life and every other fish tank had a dead fish in it. These weren't tiny fish and I know someone working there had to see it. I would imagine that customers have probably said something about this too but there they sat in the water decomposing.
My opinion in short...bad smelling pet store that doesn't respect or care for the pets living there waiting on a loving home. There are too many other places that have a good variety and demonstrate that they care which is evident in the way their pets look in the store.
