  • Unless you are ok with water damage to your items you should stay away. I have rented a climate controlled unit for 2 years. I had some water damage after a monsoon storm 2 years ago and I was told they would check roof and fix. This December "2017" I picked up Christmas decorations and could see that again there had been water leak into the unit. Phoenix has a huge monsoon season last summer. I had a lot of damage this time. Spoke with the manager Anthony who was a total jerk. Lumer the janitor for this location for 15 years walked by while I was talking to Anthony. He confirmed that this has been an ongoing problem. The only positive I can say about this place it is Lumer keeps the storage area spotless.
