  • We booked this hotel through Hotels.com to attend Eric Church concert. It has now been cancelled so we tried to cancel our room. They flat out refused. Not even an offer for a partial refund or a change? I am extremely upset. This was not a cheap room and I wanted to stay out on the West Island to save money. Never again. Not only will I not ever book here again, but even though Montreal is where I was raised, I will not ever even return to Quebec. Staff are very rude and we have had nothing but bad experiences when in Quebec.
