I will never use Palm Beach Tan again, besides feeling constantly gouged of money with them pushing products I didn't need. (try doubling the tanning solution for a darker tan! HA, I paid double and walked out with a tan that looked like a level 1-2--) and the constant variation of the same tan (I would always get a level 3 tan, but half the time walk out with a level 1-2 and sometimes they even changed the mixtures on me wo asking and I would walk out orange.
I was always told your hormones can affect the quality of the tan" BS. Really? I also went in there once and stripped for the spray tan and stepped into the machine and zero tanning solution was in it, so I had to reclothe and go ask the girl to put product in the machine. I had to do the tan twice, was there an apology or refund for my time? NO. But the final final straw was when I had recent back injury and couldn't walk or drive and needed to cancel my contract (at first was just going to downgrade it) but their HORRIBLE customer service was not willing to work with me. I asked the contract to be mailed or emailed so I could sign it and was told flat out NO. YOU HAVE TO PHYSICALLY COME HERE. I told them I cant walk or drive. That is the only way they said.Then I was told I could "freeze" my account, and I thought okay will do that, but then saw they were still billing me 7.50!! (I wasn't told this would happen and when asked they said it was "for in store product" this place is a rip off. Also, I called their REGIONAL manager and left a vm to call me and try and get the form to me and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I would say this company cares less about its customers and is unwilling to work with you. They just want your money for an inferior product. go elsewhere you will get better service and do not sign their contracts!
