rev:text	I came to give this salon a try because of the amazing Yelp reviews, and I am very disappointed. From beginning to end... I arrived 10m before they opened on a Friday, and only one lady was in line. By the time 10am hit, there was 14 ladies waiting! Thank goodness I was second in line. I asked to get my eyebrows waxed, so it took a while for the wax to heat up since they just opened. The lady doing my service appeared impatient to wait for the wax to heat up properly, so she begun waxing my eyebrows with the wax at an uneven consistency. The lady only waxed underneath my brows, and then begun threading the rest. This made me very upset for so two reasons: 1) Personally, I dislike threading my eyebrows because they always get threaded too thin. No matter what. 2) She did not ask for my consent to thread my eyebrows. I'm unsure as to why she decided to switch to threading, but if she had asked me I would've declined and left the salon. Or wait for another lady to wax my eyebrows. But since she had started, I figured I'd give her the benefit of the doubt and see how it goes. So my service was completed and I check in the mirror, and I see exactly what I expected... TOO THIN. There was nothing else I can do, so there was no point to make a scene. I have to admit, the shape was good and my eyebrows were even. For the time I was there, there appeared to be a steady flow of customers. They had about 6 ladies working, and their waiting area always had their waiting chairs filled with people standing and waiting. 2 stars for the even eyebrows & good shape because that very hard to find in Mississauga. Unsure if I will return.
