  • This review is about your OUTPATIENT PHYSICAL THERAPY, in particular about JEFF ABERNETHY, Clinical Specialist: Extremely disappointing service and results! I had been diagnosed with a tear in my right rotator cuff and was referred to above physical therapy facility. Jeff spent very little time with me (but billed plenty, as records show), mostly watched me do exercises that he also told me to do at home, and after a few weeks of no tangible success threw up his hands and sent me back to the orthopedist (presumably for surgery). I then changed to a different physical therapist (not connected with Sco. Healthcare) - and realized what a true clinical specialist can achieve - and what TERRIBLY INEFFECTUAL TREATMENT I had received as an outpatient in the Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn Physical Therapy facility. I never had surgery, the new physical therapist worked with me hands-on with a variety of manipulations and exercises - and I am pain-free without surgery now! In summary: While I have a great primary care physician @ Sco. Healthcare Osborn, my advice is: Do NOT got to the facility and physical therapist above .
