Very disappointed in the customer service of this office... We visited their office over a year ago on a Groupon and had a good experience. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. We left having a good experience!
We recently purchased another Groupon offer and they refuse to honor it because we are not new customers. However, there is NO MENTION of this policy anywhere in the Groupon. After pointing this out, they STILL refuse to honor their offer and now WE have to go to the trouble of emailing Groupon to get a refund. What a hassle! They should at least take responsibility for their error and honor their existing offer until they fix their fine print. It is not our fault they didn't state their policy correctly.
