  • Always good to have more ramen options in Markham but I have to say that the downtown Sansotei is a lot better - both food quality and service. Still satisfies the odd ramen craving though. When I come here I usually get the tomato ramen with thin noodles. It was always served with mushrooms, a tomato, pork, and a giant scallop in the past but on my most recent visit the scallop was gone and replaced with a giant shrimp instead! Pretty disappointing.
