  • I love Woo! I visit Woo each time I come to Charlotte and adore their carefully curated selection of retail items. I have never had services here, so I can't comment on those; however, it is hard to beat the selection of brands at Woo or the very knowledgeable staff. On my latest visit, I picked up the new Smith & Cult glosses, as well as some great hair accessories. I particularly appreciate the fact that I felt welcome to browse, and there was no pressure to purchase. The staff there were more than willing to answer questions or assist if needed, but were unobtrusive when I was focused on browsing. Excellent customer service. Visit Woo if you'd like to stay on top of the newest cosmetics/skincare, pick up old favorites, and have a fun time doing so.
