  • Definitely recommend Pure Plumbing. Quality work and phenomenal customer service!! The receptionist I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and scheduled an appointment for us for the following day. Matt was the technician who fixed our toilet and he was great. He arrived right on time and was very professional, polite, and helpful. I already thought very highly about Pure Plumbing and then a few days ago in the mail I received a hand written card and a Starbucks gift card thanking us for our business! By far the best customer service I've experienced since I've moved to Las Vegas.
