  • I broke the crown of my watch and needed it fixed. The guy seemed nice enough. Fixed it for $60 in about an hour. Fast and efficient. 2 months later I was caught in a thunderstorm - it poured rain while I was wearing the watch. I noticed it got foggy inside the watch. Then the crown would not work when I tried to adjust the date or time. Went to Thornhill Time as I was in the area and the guy there fixed the watch. Mentioned that it was not done right the first time as the crown was incorrectly installed. A sloppy job resulting in the leak. This guy replaced my crown and water proofed the watch charging only $30. Oyster time ripped me off and I feel horrible about paying the man $60 for sloppy work, when the job could have been done right at half the price. AVOID this place and find a more reputable repair man.
