  • WOW, so disappointing. Ordered a bone-in ribeye medium rare, both times (yes you read that correctly) both times the steak came out medium NOT medium rare. Manager came by the table and said they would remove my steak from the bill and she gave me a card for a free 6 ounce sirloin on my next visit, really! When we get the bill my friend is charged for his steak, that he had to send back twice because it was under cooked. We were also charged $10.99 for a salad bar. So although the salad bar is included with your entree because they removed my twice incorrectly cooked steak, they decided to charge me for the salad bar. Unbelievable, I only ate a half a plate of salad because I thought I was going to eat steak!!
